Where do I get the ingredients?
Saffron, barberries, dried limes, kashk and frozen herb mixes are sold in Persian shops and often in Turkish or Arab supermarkets. Many Persian shops also deliver online. Supermarket basmati works well; Persian rice is even more fragrant.
